This Valentine’s, ditch the clichés and celebrate in style at The Nest. We’re serving up romance with a side of fun, starting with a couple’s cocktail on arrival in The Aviary (because nothing says “be mine” like a perfectly shaken drink.) Then it’s time to dive into our five-course menu, packed with indulgent flavours and the kind of dishes that make you fall in love all over again. The Nest
Indulge in luxury modern European dining in our new restaurant, The Nest, open Wednesday to Sunday. Benefitting from warm, inviting interiors, it is the perfect space for an intimate and memorable dining experience. Head Chef, Luke Rawicki favours local produce and British fare to curate his upscale masterful creations. A signature dish we recommend being the stuffed saddle of South West lamb with peas, mint salsa verde and Jersey Royals.

Join us in The Nest for an Afternoon Tea that’s as charming as it is delicious. Think towers of dainty finger sandwiches, scones fresh from the oven (yes, with all the clotted cream), and a parade of perfectly pretty cakes and pastries — because one dessert is never enough.
