Head Chef of Heston Blumenthal’s Michelin-starred Hinds Head (Bray) and Michael Parkinson’s Royal Oak and now Chef Proprietor of the acclaimed Beehive in White Waltham, Dominic Chapman brings a wealth of experience to The Feathers. His trademark is straightforward, comforting food made from the best seasonal ingredients with the kind of attention to detail that only years in the best kitchens bring. Dominic has impressed both judges and viewers on the BBC’s Great British Menu and earned his own Michelin star in 2010.
The locals know about our bar and The Courtyard too – always a good sign – so you’ll hear some good gossip if you listen carefully.

We’re excited that our Executive Head Chef, Dominic Chapman is taking part in this year’s “BBC Great British Menu”.
On Thursday 15th June 2017, you can meet the man himself, enjoy a gin reception, and sample his delicious 4 course menu with paired wines - all for just £55 per person.
Make a night of it, and stay over after your meal - we’ll even include Cream Tea on arrival, and a full English Breakfast before you depart - all from just £205 per room.
